These terms govern use of the EZKreations website and project application. They do not, by themselves, create a paid services relationship.
1. Using this website
EZKreations is a digital-services brand operated under EZ2Fundsolutions. You may use this website to learn about EZKreations and submit a legitimate business inquiry. You may not interfere with the service, test it without authorization, upload malicious material, impersonate another person or business, or submit content you do not have the right to provide.
2. Applications are not contracts
Submitting a project application does not guarantee acceptance, availability, a delivery date, a particular result, or the displayed starting price. A paid engagement begins only when the authorized customer accepts the applicable proposal or agreement and any required initial payment succeeds. A standard eligible agreement does not require a second internal pricing approval.
3. Estimates and public pricing
Public prices are starting points. Final scope, fees, recurring charges, third-party expenses, assumptions, exclusions, and delivery expectations are stated in the customer’s written proposal or agreement.
4. Concepts and previews
Private demos and previews may contain watermarks, placeholders, generated copy, proposed design elements, or unverified material. They are for evaluation only until approved. A preview is not a production website and must not be presented as final or published without authorization.
5. Intellectual property
The EZKreations name, website, interface, methods, and original presentation materials are protected. Customer-provided names, logos, content, and source materials remain subject to the customer’s rights. Ownership of paid project deliverables is controlled by the signed customer agreement and payment status.
6. Third-party links and services
This website may refer to external platforms, domains, software, payment providers, or integrations. Their availability and terms are controlled by their respective providers. A reference does not guarantee suitability or uninterrupted service.
7. No guaranteed business outcome
Digital services can improve presentation and operations, but traffic, rankings, leads, sales, revenue, platform approval, and business performance depend on factors outside EZKreations’ control and are not guaranteed.
8. Service availability
We may maintain, change, suspend, or discontinue website functions when reasonably necessary. We may reject or close abusive, unlawful, misleading, technically unsafe, or out-of-scope submissions.
9. Controlling agreement
If these Website Terms conflict with a signed proposal, master services agreement, or other written customer agreement, the more specific signed agreement controls the paid services relationship.
