Privacy Notice

1. Scope

EZKreations is a digital-services brand operated under EZ2Fundsolutions. This notice applies to the EZKreations marketing website, business project application, private previews, customer service desk, and related project communications. It does not replace the privacy terms of a customer-owned website or an independently operated third-party service.

2. Information we collect

We collect information that a business contact chooses to provide, including name, company, business email, phone number, current or preferred domain, project goals, timing, budget range, service preferences, and written project details.

When files are uploaded, we also store file names, type, size, integrity information, rights confirmation, and the files themselves. Operational records may include submission time, review history, approvals, request status, and security or diagnostic data needed to operate the service.

3. How we use information

• Review and respond to a requested project or website update.
• Prepare private concepts, proposals, scopes, and approved project work.
• Verify rights, facts, ownership, and customer instructions.
• Operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the website and Studio workflow.
• Maintain business, contractual, and compliance records.
• Send requested project communications. Promotional messaging requires a separate lawful basis and opt-out process.

4. Brand assets and customer content

Uploaded logos, photographs, documents, and other materials are treated as project materials. The person submitting them must have authority to do so. Private source files are not intentionally published unless the customer approves their use in a deliverable.

5. AI-assisted work

EZKreations may use approved automated or AI-assisted tools to organize information, prepare drafts, generate design directions, or perform quality checks. EZKreations completes an internal quality review before customer access. The customer remains the approval authority for factual claims, branding, content, scope, pricing, revisions, and authorization to publish. A final EZKreations technical check does not replace that customer decision.

6. Service providers and disclosure

Information may be processed by hosting, storage, authentication, communications, payment, analytics, or professional-service providers when needed to deliver the service. We do not sell project applications or uploaded brand assets. Information may also be disclosed when authorized by the customer, required by law, or reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, or service integrity.

7. Retention and security

We retain information only as reasonably needed for the project, support relationship, business records, dispute prevention, security, and applicable obligations. We use access controls and operational safeguards appropriate to the information, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.

8. Your choices

A business contact may request correction of project information, withdraw an uncompleted application, ask about retained information, or request deletion when retention is not otherwise required. A customer may also decline promotional communications without stopping necessary project or account messages.

9. Children

EZKreations provides business services and is not directed to children. Do not submit information about a child through the project application.

Privacy questions may be submitted through the project application or, for an approved client, through the private customer service desk or by email at ezkreationsdigital@gmail.com. Material changes will be posted here with a revised effective date.
