Project + care-plan framework
Service Terms
These baseline terms explain how EZKreations, operated under EZ2Fundsolutions, scopes, reviews, launches, and supports digital work. The customer’s signed proposal supplies the project-specific commitments.
1. Written scope
Every paid project requires a written scope or proposal identifying the deliverables, price, payment schedule, assumptions, exclusions, customer responsibilities, and expected timing. Work outside that scope requires written approval.
2. Customer responsibilities
- Provide accurate business facts, decisions, content, and approvals on time.
- Confirm authority to use every submitted logo, image, document, trademark, and other asset.
- Review spelling, claims, pricing, legal disclosures, accessibility needs, and regulated-industry requirements.
- Maintain lawful accounts, licenses, subscriptions, and third-party terms needed for the project.
3. Domains and accounts
The production domain belongs to and is controlled by the customer. EZKreations may receive limited administrative access to configure approved services but does not retain domain ownership as leverage. Customer-owned third-party accounts should use customer-controlled contact and recovery information whenever practical.
4. Fees, agreement, and payment
Starting prices on this website are not final quotes. Required deposits, milestones, recurring charges, taxes, payment dates, and any authorization for future charges appear in the customer agreement and secure payment step. When a standard offer satisfies the stated eligibility and scope rules, customer acceptance authorizes the agreed pricing to proceed to payment without a second internal pricing approval. Production begins after any required initial payment succeeds, or after acceptance when the agreement expressly requires no initial payment. Electronic payments are intended to be processed through Stripe after the payment connection is activated; the actual payment page or invoice identifies the processor used. Third-party software, advertising, telecommunications, AI usage, ecommerce, premium assets, and transaction fees are separate unless expressly included.
5. Care plans and modifications
Monthly care plans include the service time and response target stated in the proposal. Unused time does not roll over unless the proposal says otherwise. A response target is not a guaranteed completion time. New pages, features, integrations, campaigns, applications, redesigns, and work beyond the allowance may require a separate estimate.
6. Review and approval
EZKreations performs an initial internal quality review before releasing a private concept. For standard offers, the customer’s agreement—not a second internal pricing review—is the authorization to process the stated payment and begin work when the payment condition is satisfied. Custom discounts, unusual terms, refunds, credits, regulated claims, ownership concerns, and other defined exceptions require internal review. The customer remains the approval authority for business facts, branding, content, revisions, and authorization to publish. EZKreations performs the applicable quality checks and a final technical release check before publication; automated tools cannot independently authorize a customer’s live publication.
7. Timing and dependencies
Delivery estimates assume timely content, credentials, feedback, approvals, payments, and third-party availability. Delays or scope changes may adjust the schedule. Website-unavailable reports receive urgent review, but restoration time depends on the cause and provider access.
8. Ownership and licenses
The signed proposal states which final deliverables transfer after full payment and which tools, templates, licensed materials, systems, or reusable methods remain licensed or owned by their original provider. Customer materials remain the customer’s responsibility and are used only as authorized.
9. Third-party services and applications
Connected platforms and future customer applications may have their own terms, fees, availability, and data practices. Any ChatGPT-connected or conversational control layer will use permission-scoped, reviewable actions and will not replace the independently usable customer service unless the written scope expressly says otherwise.
10. Results, warranties, and claims
EZKreations will perform the agreed work with reasonable professional care. Unless expressly stated in the signed agreement, we do not guarantee rankings, traffic, leads, sales, revenue, uninterrupted third-party service, legal compliance, or compatibility with every future device or platform change.
11. Suspension, termination, and disputes
Project pause, cancellation, suspension for nonpayment or misuse, cure periods, refunds, handoff obligations, liability limits, governing law, venue, and dispute procedures are controlled by the signed customer agreement. Nothing on this public page overrides rights that cannot lawfully be limited.
12. Priority of documents
When documents conflict, an executed amendment or change order controls first, followed by the signed project agreement or proposal, then these Service Terms, then the Website Terms.
